Jason brings 24 years of experience spanning joint venture management, commercial operations, business development, negotiations, strategy and project execution in the energy sector. He has worked at BG Group, bp, Drax and Elimini, across all phases of project development from Project Creation & Assessment, through Definition & Execution and into Commercial Operations.
He has deep hands-on experience in industries including natural gas & LNG, carbon capture & storage, hydrogen & ammonia, power generation and has led the commercial development of projects with a combined CAPEX of over $15 billion across Trinidad & Tobago, the UK, Middle East, US Gulf Coast, Europe, Central America and North Africa.
Susannah has 25+ years of legal and senior management experience in the energy and power sectors, specialising in low-carbon projects including natural gas and LNG, renewables, hydrogen, and CCS. She has lived and worked in Trinidad, Venezuela, Houston, Nigeria, India, and the UK.
Most recently she was Associate General Counsel at Shell (UK), overseeing all legal workstreams for Shell's New Energies business covering carbon capture, solar, wind, biofuels, distributed energy, and e-mobility. She has sat on the boards of Shell Energy Retail Ltd., LimeJump Ltd., and Shell New Energies (UK) Ltd.
