Jason brings over 20 years of commercial, business development and strategic leadership experience across the international energy sector. He has held senior roles at bp, BG Group, Drax and Elimini, working across natural gas and LNG, carbon capture and storage, hydrogen and integrated energy value chains in Trinidad, the UK, the US and beyond.
At bp he led the commercial development of the Net Zero Teesside CCS project, negotiating the Joint Operating Agreement with Shell, Total, ENI, Equinor and National Grid, and directed commercial strategy for bp's Texas CCS and Hydrogen Hub managing a portfolio of over 20 active industrial customers. At BG Trinidad he served as Director of an LNG marketing company with ~$750M in annual revenues and negotiated a complex multi-party Atlantic Basin LNG deal valued at $275M. Most recently he advised C-suite and SVP-level executives at Drax and Elimini on integrated gas transportation and storage projects across the US Gulf Coast and Northern Europe.
Susannah brings over 25 years of senior legal and corporate governance experience across the international energy, renewables and technology sectors. She has held senior roles at Shell International, BG International, BG Trinidad and BG India, advising executive leadership on M&A, joint ventures, structured financing, regulatory compliance and risk management across Europe, North America, the Caribbean, Africa and Asia.
Most recently she served as Associate General Counsel at Shell International, leading Shell's global legal team for New Energies and completing significant M&A and JV transactions across renewables and digital assets in the UK, Europe and North America. At BG she served as Global Head of Legal for E&P and Capital Projects and as VP Legal, Governance, Contracts and Procurement in Trinidad, managing a team of 41 legal and procurement professionals. She was recognised as a Rising Star on the Legal 500 GC Power List UK in 2018.
